Simplified Brand Suite Terms

1. The name in logo will be swapped out to match brand name of customer. Corresponding collateral (alternate logos/submarks/business card design) will be edited to also match.

2. No additional text or designs will be added

3. Each design is limited to 3 customers. We will intend to track that no three customers per suite are in the same industry, but there are no guarantees. 

4. All designs are first come first serve.

5. Colors can be swapped out if you have a pre-defined color palette. If no palette is provided, the palette shown in the brand preview will be used. No custom palettes will be created for customers. 

6. All collateral will be delivered to customer's email provided above via Google Drive. It will be customer’s responsibility to download to their own computer/server/iCloud withing 90 days after delivery of the collateral.

7. Collateral will be provided in both print- and web- ready versions (.jpg, .pdf, .png, .eps). 

8. Package above does not include fonts. Links to fonts will be included in the accompanying "how to" folder. 

9. Payment in full is due upon clicking "submit" below.  

10. Full design collateral will be delivered to the client within 21 business days after confirmation of details. 

11. All information provided above is correct and design collateral will reflect the information provided above. Any changes requested after the delivering of the final collateral will incur an additional fee. 

12. This DOES NOT include printing. We will recommend printers but are not responsible for color variation or print finals.

13. Because this is a digital product there are no refunds or exchanges and all sales are final - By purchasing the product you agree to our TERMS.

14. Designs/lettering are not to be re-sold or re-used elsewhere besides the provided templates.
    
    Leslie Brians Design will contact you, the purchaser, within three (3) business days upon receipt of the invoice payment to collect additional information if needed.
